A strong desire for a commitment that is both personal and environmental. Considering our impact both our carbon footprint and also human resources, "ma meilleure amie" decided to get involved. Limited production in pre-orders allows us to guarantee excellent working conditions for our local craftsmen. Furthermore 100% of the fabrics coming from France are certified OEKO-TEX/GOTS.
I still draw all my designs by hand... Indeed, I don't appreciate create with digital.I love the feeling of expressing my ideas and my creativity with a pencil and a sheet. It is with these simple tools that inspiration comes to me. The coordination between fabrics and draws is the best feeling for designers.

The brand joins the slow fashion movement. Thanks to pre-orders and a limited quantity of production, less intensive creation helps to regulate the carbon footprint and immerses ma meilleure amie in a responsible approach.
By taking all the time necessary to develop our clothes, using responsible materials and thanks to our local French artisans on a human scale, the clothes are more qualitative and last over time. This is how the design, modeling, production as well as marketing remain in Roanne and Lyon (France).
With this initiative, ma meilleure amie guarantees respect for the environment as well as for all those involved in the brand. Wearing ma meilleure amie's clothes is doing an extra step for the preservation of the planet and local handicraft.
