The prices are indicated in Euros € all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. The prices applied are those communicated on the site and confirmed to the customer during the validation of the order.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are invoiced in addition to the selling price of the products. We do not do standard exchange. If you want a new size, another model, or another color, all you have to do is re-order on the e-shop and send us a return request online for the item (s) to be returned to us at your expense.
You have fourteen (14) days after receipt of your package to request a return.
Items must be returned (in their original packaging and packaging in recycled cardboard packaging with tissue paper) new, unworn, unwashed. Any item returned non-compliant or damaged will not be accepted in return.

Currently, returns are not offered for France and International orders. We thank you for your understanding.

Please note, if you do not make your return request online, and do not follow the return procedure, we will not be able to accept the package or refund the item of clothing.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following receipt of the products.

The products offered for sale by ma meilleure amieare those appearing on the site on the day of consultation by the customer, within the limits of available stocks. In order to better inform the customer, my best friend by Fabienne Troncy Consulting, makes sure to offer a descriptive sheet for each product which will contain in addition to the photo the following elements: the price, the available sizes, the available colors, the composition, as well as the particular characteristics.

Online payment is made by the following means: credit card by Stripe (CB, Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal, using the Mollie secure server. The seller offers fully secure online payment.
The customer must enter his bank card number, its validity date as well as the 3 numbers of the visual cryptogram on the back of his card. If payment is accepted, the customer will be redirected to an order confirmation screen on the said one. In the event of payment failure, the order will not be validated by us.
Upon acceptance of payment, the customer will receive an order confirmation email, summarizing all the items ordered, the billing and delivery address and the date of delivery. The validation of the order by the customer and the order confirmation sent to the customer by email by Fabienne Troncy Consulting following the acceptance of payment constitute the conclusion of a sales contract between the Parties and acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale.
